White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team for full-time overnight work. The role focuses on balancing nightly transactions, running audit reports, and delivering exceptional guest service while guests sleep.

The position welcomes experienced night auditors or front desk staff seeking growth into hotel accounting, with training provided and opportunities across multiple properties in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience at hotel front desk or night audit preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Ability to balance reports with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests during overnight hours with check-in, check-out, and special requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions and close nightly audit.
• Follow all hotel credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries for management.
• Explain standard hotel reports and folios clearly to on-site staff during overnight hours.
