Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Night Auditor for the AC Hotel McKinney to complete nightly audit duties while delivering guest service at the front desk. Responsibilities include checking in/out guests, processing payments, and preparing express checkouts. You will balance cash, run audit reports, and communicate shift information to the next team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering courteous guest service at the front desk.
• Accurate cash handling and balancing at shift start/end.
• Proficient in registering guests and processing payments.
• Strong communication with night team and hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Process guest registrations and collections for payments.
• Prepare night audit reports and daily shift paperwork.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager for shift handoffs.
• Answer guest questions and provide local information.
