Qualifications

• Night audit duties and guest service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and accurate cash drawer management.
• Experience with front desk operations and guest inquiries helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit functions and front desk tasks.
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Process reservations and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy at shift start and end.
• Greet and register guests and assign rooms.
• Prepare express checkouts and folios.
• Maintain room status inventory and lobby cleanliness.
• Communicate shift information to managers and staff.
• Work with hotel departments to ensure service quality.
• Complete shift paperwork and audit reports daily.
