The role includes assisting guests with check-ins/outs, processing reservations, and responding to inquiries to ensure a smooth overnight experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service at the front desk.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance a cash drawer.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and reservation processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit and close-out procedures.
• Greet, check in/out guests; process reservations and payments.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy at shift start/end.
• Check front desk logs for issues and communicate shift details.
• Greet guests and assign rooms; handle express checkouts.
• Maintain room status inventory and lobby cleanliness as needed.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and other desk staff.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Complete all required night audit reports and paperwork.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure high service quality.
