Job summary

Hyatt Regency DFW at Terminal C in Dallas is seeking an Overnight Front Office Agent to welcome guests, manage registration and checkout, and handle payments with a focus on exceptional service. The role also oversees designated night audit tasks and supports the Front Office during overnight hours to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate excels in guest service, can work independently, and remains calm under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required; Hyatt or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, professional and solutions-oriented during guest concerns.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
• Proficient with computer systems and hotel management software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offerings.
• Complete assigned night audit functions and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment during overnight operations.
• Communicate effectively with hotel departments to support guest needs.
