Job summary

Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, located inside Terminal C at DFW Airport, seeks an Overnight Front Office Agent to welcome guests, manage registration and payments, and provide information on services and amenities. This role includes designated night audit duties and ensuring smooth front office operations during overnight hours.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and customer-focused, capable of working independently while delivering outstanding service to guests during overnight

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required; Hyatt or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling guest concerns.
• Proven de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule

Candidates must have open availability and be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and during peak business periods as needed. Schedule Ranges from 12pm to 8am.

About The Role

As a Front Office Agent (Overnight), you will be the face of Hyatt and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences. This highly visible position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing the registration and checkout process, processing payments, and providing information about hotel services and amenities. In addition, this role performs and oversees designated night audit responsibilities while helping ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while delivering outstanding service.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.


• Must have open availability and be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
