Job summary

Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, located inside Terminal C at DFW Airport, seeks an Overnight Front Office Agent to welcome guests, manage registration and payments, and provide information on services and amenities. This role includes designated night audit duties and ensuring smooth front office operations during overnight hours.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and customer-focused, capable of working independently while delivering outstanding service to guests during overnight

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required; Hyatt or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling guest concerns.
• Proven de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offerings.
• Complete assigned night audit functions and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment during overnight operations.
• Communicate effectively with hotel departments to support guest needs.
