The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel Front Desk or Night Audit, strong attention to detail, basic accounting skills, and the ability to work independently overnight while maintaining excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic accounting and mathematical skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and hotel systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and information.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to requests.
• Balance Front Desk transactions and nightly financial activity.
• Complete required nightly reports and close the business day.
• Maintain guest privacy and ensure security procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management for room status.
