Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is excited to welcome a friendly Night Audit to join our Front Office team. You will balance the hotel's daily revenue and guest accounts, check guests in and out, answer phones, and handle guest requests during the overnight shift.

Earn $27.00/hour with a $1.25 night differential, totaling $28.25/hour when scheduled overnight. Benefits include medical, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and more for eligible colleagues.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overnights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Balance hotel daily revenue and expense transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of guest accounts.
• Check guests in and out and answer phones.
• Handle guest requests and concerns.
• Provide exceptional service during the overnight shift.
