Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions for the day (restaurant, events, lounge) and balance daily activity.
• Verify, balance and review hotel room availability.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Administer guest payment policies and review day-shift errors.
• Prepare folios for morning departing guests.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Know and follow hotel emergency procedures.
