Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle’s Eastside is seeking a friendly Night Audit to join our Front Office team. This hourly role balances daily revenue and guest accounts while delivering warm, attentive service during the overnight shift.

The position pays $27.00 per hour with a $1.25 night differential, totaling $28.25 per hour when overnight. Eligible for upsells, Hyatt World enrollments, and other incentives.

Description

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle’s Eastside is excited to welcome our newest friendly and reliable Night Auditto join our Front Office team. Here you will have an opportunity to be the face of our guest experience, providing a warm and welcoming first impression, and leave a lasting impression for our guests to return again and again!

As a Night Audit, you will be responsible for balancing the hotel’s daily revenue and expense transactions, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, and providing exceptional service to our guests during the overnight shift. You will also perform various front desk duties, such as checking guests in and out, answering phones, and handling guest requests and concerns.

This is an hourly position with a compensation of $27/hour night differential pay of $1.25/hour, totaling $28.25/hour when scheduled to work an overnight shift.

Front Office Hosts & Night Audits are eligible to receive additional compensation based on upsells, World of Hyatt enrollments, and other incentives.
