Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle’s Eastside is seeking a friendly Night Audit to join our Front Office team. This role balances nightly revenue, reconciles guest accounts, and ensures every overnight guest has a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will handle front desk duties, check guests in and out, answer phones, and respond to guest requests while contributing to an award‑winning culture with extensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, retirement plans, paid time off, and travel

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience in a hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Flexibility to work overnights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Balance the hotel’s daily revenue and expenses and reconcile guest accounts.
• Handle front desk duties, including check-ins and check-outs.
