Job summary

The Courtyard Flower Mound LLC is seeking a diligent Night Auditor to manage overnight Front Desk operations and close daily books from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will register guests, handle reservations, prepare daily reports, and balance transactions to ensure accurate nightly closing.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hotel experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College coursework in related fields is beneficial.
• Previous supervisory responsibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and handle reservations during the overnight shift.
• Prepare daily reports and balance transactions for nightly close.
• Maintain Front Office procedures and computer system operation during 11:00 pm–7:00 am.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest safety while on shift.
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies with professionalism.
• Coordinate with security and other departments as needed.
