Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
• Balance and close daily revenue, taxes, and payments per policy.
• Prepare and distribute daily audit reports for management.
• Handle front desk duties during overnight hours, including check-ins/outs.
• Serve as overnight contact for guest requests and service recovery.
• Communicate professionally with guests about overnight inquiries.
• Maintain a secure, quiet, and welcoming overnight environment.
• Conduct overnight property checks for safety and readiness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of guest amenities and special requests overnight.
• Respond to emergencies following safety procedures.
• Maintain confidential guest and financial records and accurate room status.
