Job summary

Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ seeks a Night Auditor to reconcile reports from all operations and serve as a front desk agent. You will troubleshoot guest concerns, manage reservations, and handle cash transactions while maintaining awareness of resort information and local area details.

This is a part-time overnight role. The position requires excellent communication, an outgoing and organized demeanor, and eligibility to work 11pm–7am.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling all reports generated from all operations.
• Troubleshooting guest requests and concerns.
• Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed.
• Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank.
• Keep abreast of all information regarding the resort and the surrounding area.
