Carter Hospitality Group in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a Guest Services Representative/Night Auditor to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and manage the hotel PBX and messages. You will also assist with reservations and concierge services in a gracious, professional manner.

The role requires accuracy in daily accounting, closing procedures, and posting all revenue while providing outstanding service to guests, VIPs, and groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ hospitality-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Experience in high-volume hotel operations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing.
• Full availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Check-in and check-out guests professionally.
• Handle PBX operations and guest messages.
• Take reservations and provide concierge services.
• Balance shift banks and cash transactions.
• Prepare daily reports and audit shift closings.
• Relay VIP arrivals and communication of amenities.
