Job summary

Fairfield Inn Hooksett is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Agent to manage guest registration, reservations, and inform guests about the hotel and area. This part-time role is based at Hooksett, NH, with weekend and holiday shifts.

You will greet guests, check in/out, handle payments, resolve issues, and coordinate with teammates to maintain room standards. Prior customer service experience and English proficiency are required; on-site work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year employment experience in a related position.
• Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location.
• Hours required: Part Time 16-24 hours per week for shifts Overnight; Must be flexible; Weekends; Holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations in sometimes fast-paced environment
• Communicate relevant shift information to next shift and direct supervisor
• Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
• Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest requests
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Perform duties as outlined in the training procedures, following standard operating procedures
• Assist other departments when necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
