Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations.
• Welcome guests, check in/out, issue room keys, explain hotel amenities.
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner.
• Communicate shift information to next shift and supervisor.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist other departments as needed.
