Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton North Attleboro is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Agent for a part-time role at our North Attleboro, MA location. You’ll handle guest registration, reservations, and provide guests with information about the hotel and area.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, is comfortable with English, and can work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment. On-site work, weekends/holidays required with 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• English language proficiency required.
• Willingness to learn new technology platforms.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations in a fast-paced environment.
• Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute keys, explain hotel amenities.
• Take payment and resolve discrepancies; respond to guest issues promptly.
• Explain local area attractions and hotel services; coordinate with other staff.
