Job summary

The Hampton Inn Brookfield/Milwaukee is seeking a Night Auditor to provide outstanding overnight guest service while performing nightly balancing duties. This role requires independence, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and attention to detail.

Typical shifts run late evening into early morning, with responsibilities including balancing operations, daily paperwork, and generating shift reports. Hotel experience and Night Audit exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for nightly balancing and accurate reporting.
• Hotel experience preferred to adapt quickly to hotel operations.
• Night Audit experience preferred to ensure smooth overnight processes.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly balancing duties
• Process daily paperwork
• Complete shift reports
• Provide guests with excellent service throughout the night
• Occasionally tidy up the lobby and take out the trash
