Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated full-time Night Auditor in downtown Milwaukee to balance charges, audit transactions, and reset systems for the next day. You will provide attentive guest service, handle cash and credit activities, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

The role requires overnight availability, a high school diploma, and prior night audit experience. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Night Audit experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Overnight and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform guest transactions at the front desk.
• Balance cash and credit transactions; run audit reports.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and resolve guest issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance on room status and repairs.
• Ensure security and safety of front desk areas and cash handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
