Qualifications

• Overnight availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure and attentive lobby presence during the shift.
• Monitor building access, verify guests, and enforce entry protocols.
• Conduct routine property checks per site procedures.
• Answer and route phone calls, assist residents with overnight requests.
• Manage packages, deliveries, and key control as applicable.
• Document incidents and complete shift reports.
• Ensure lobby and front desk are clean and presentable.
• Escalate emergencies or issues to management or authorities.
