Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth and discretion overnight.
• Serve as the primary overnight front desk representative and contact point.
• Deliver hospitality-driven service while monitoring operations.
• Conduct walkthroughs of common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor lobby cameras and access points to maintain security.
• Document incidents and shift activities with clear logs.
