Stratton Amenities is seeking an Overnight Concierge/Front Desk Agent to represent the community during quiet overnight hours at a luxury residential high-rise in Charleston. You will deliver warm, professional service, manage access, monitor common areas, and handle guest inquiries while maintaining a secure and orderly environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in hospitality/front desk
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with professionalism at overnight hours
• Monitor lobby and security cameras; document incidents
• Answer calls and assist with directions, access, and packages
• Provide clear handoffs to day team
