Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs and balance revenue and expenses during the day.
• Handle all front desk tasks during the audit shift.
• Process check-ins and check-outs according to hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
