Socket.dev is seeking a Night Auditor to perform nightly audit functions at the hotel front desk, assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and responding to inquiries during the overnight shift. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling and maintaining a secure, welcoming lobby environment.

The Night Auditor will count cash, maintain the cash drawer, check logs, register guests, and coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure the highest quality

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk or night audit is preferred.
• Strong cash handling and accounting accuracy.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and prepare reports.
• Greet and assist guests during late hours and handle registrations.
• Process guest check-ins/check-outs and reservations.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth operations.
• Record shift notes and communicate essential information to the next shift.
