Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight Front Desk operations and conduct the hotel’s daily financial and operational audit. The role balances guest service with accurate End of Day processes, ensuring security and a welcoming guest experience.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in accounting, reports, and frontline operations during the night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience at Front Desk, Night Audit, accounting, or guest service preferred.
• Experience with a hotel Property Management System preferred.
• Marriott or Courtyard experience is a plus.
• Basic accounting, reconciliation, and cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional overnight guest service and manage overnight check-ins/outs.
• Balance daily transactions and complete End of Day procedures.
• Register guests, process reservations, room assignments and extensions.
• Prepare and distribute nightly and morning operational and financial reports.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest and financial information.
• Perform Front Desk duties during overnight shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) and assist with emergencies as needed.
