Job summary

Crown Hotel & Travel Management LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure a smooth overnight guest experience and accurate end-of-day accounting. The role requires handling guest check-ins, balance sheets, and providing information about hotel facilities with professionalism.

The Night Auditor will oversee the property as on-duty manager, coordinate reservations, assist guests, and respond to inquiries while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Good organization and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to walk stairs and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible with schedule and wear provided uniform.
• Perform front desk tasks and balance cash drawer.
• Assist guests with overnight requests and bookings.
• Maintain guest reservations and provide information about hotel services.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
