Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Night Auditor in Osage Beach, MO, to work overnight 11pm–7am. The role combines Front Desk Agent, PBX Operator and Accountant duties, with at least 1 year of hotel front desk experience and a customer‑focused, detail‑driven approach.

The position requires auditing daily ledgers, processing card transactions, and preparing the nightly report while maintaining guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of hotel Front Desk experience.
• Overnight shift 11pm to 7am.
• Willing to perform Front Desk Agent, PBX Operator and Accountant duties.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports.
• Adjust house accounts and daily logs.
• Process credit cards and post room/tax.
• Prepare Daily Report auditing ledgers and Micros reports.
• Reset systems for next day’s operations.
• Distribute daily reports to departments.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues.
