Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk / Night Auditor to balance room, restaurant and bar daily work, and post settlements. You will also handle guest registration, cashiering, and front desk duties during shifts, ensuring accurate reports and a smooth operation 24/7.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable.
• Basic math skills and 10-key entry proficiency.
• Ability to handle guest and employee concerns in a friendly manner.
• Ability to input and access information using a moderately complex computer.
• Strong English reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenue and settlements for rooms, restaurant and bar.
• Post charges and balance guest accounts and house accounts.
• Prepare and audit daily reports and ensure proper filing.
• Greet guests, handle check-in/out, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with front desk, restaurant, and other departments for smooth operations.
