Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors professionally.
• Maintain front desk coverage at all times.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Ensure visitors are signed in and accounted for.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries accurately.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and residents/tenants.
• Report safety concerns or incidents immediately.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
