Job summary

Peregrine TH Management, LLC is seeking a Front Office Agent/Overnight Front Desk Agent in Los Gatos to provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. The role requires operating the Front Desk system and maintaining professional appearance per resort standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a resort or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in accordance with Resort standards.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift according to resort standards.
• Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
