Job summary

You will monitor staff performance, ensure compliance with procedures, and collaborate with department managers to maintain high service levels. Ability to handle cash and payroll tasks is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all guest service needs at the Front Desk.
• Cover shifts with Front Desk Agents as needed.
• Welcome and register guests expeditiously and verify details.
• Process guest departures and ensure smooth checkout per procedures.
• Promote Rewards Program and sell hotel offerings.
• Manage cash handling and reconcile charges during shifts.
• Ensure staff grooming, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
• Communicate daily with department managers and pass on information.
