• Provide required reports to Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive Office.
• Perform front desk agent duties as needed.
• Assist Front Office leadership to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
• Handle emergencies and security for guests and staff.
• Maintain front desk supplies and cleanliness.
• Oversee VIP reservations and smooth check‑in/check‑out.
• Support up‑selling of hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
