Job summary

Sensei Wellness Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Experience Specialist (Part Time) to welcome guests, handle overnight check-ins/outs, and support nightly operations.

You will assist with reservations, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with security and housekeeping to ensure a seamless night shift. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of upselling services while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at

Qualifications

• Two shifts per week with 10:00 pm – 7:00 am schedule.
• Excellent organization and ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Strong attention to detail with minimal supervision.
• High commitment to guest satisfaction, courteous and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out following Sensei procedures.
• Handle overnight valet/bell needs and guide guests through the resort.
• Process reservations when needed and ensure next-day operations are ready.
• Be knowledgeable on Sensei menu and In Room Dining for overnight orders.
• Complete night audit tasks and report any concerns to management.
• Respond to guest questions via in-person, phone, email, or text.
• Upsell accommodations or treatments where appropriate and feasible.
• Collaborate with overnight security and housekeeping for seamless operations.
• Maintain front desk and front drive areas in clean, orderly condition.
