Job summary

Sensei Wellness Holdings Inc. is seeking an Experience Specialist at our Rancho Mirage resort to warmly welcome guests and efficiently check them in and out, while assisting with guest requests and ensuring the night audit runs smoothly.

You will coordinate with all departments and be integral to setting up each day’s operations for success. You will need to know Sensei by Nobu menus, assist with in-room dining and future reservations when the reservations team is unavailable, and maintain a

Qualifications

• 2+ years front desk, hotel concierge, reservations, or call center experience.
• Proficient with reservations systems and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out following Sensei procedures.
• Assist with overnight valet/bell needs and guide guests through the resort.
• Make and confirm reservations for future guests when needed.
• Coordinate intradepartmental communications for daily operations.
• Provide knowledge of Sensei by Nobu menus and in-room dining.
• Support night audit processes and escalate concerns to management.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or messaging in a courteous manner.
• Maintain front desk and front drive areas in a clean, orderly manner.
