Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 to 70 pounds consistently.
• Proficient with basic office equipment and data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow established procedures and complete moderately complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipt of all documents and check for accuracy and completeness.
• Record duties including archiving/storage, retrieval, and reconciliation.
• Imaging duties: setup, doc prep and scanning into database.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and escalate as required.
• Support one or two business lines in a single system or multiple portfolios.
• Prepare documents for review and modify contracts within procedures while meeting quality standards.
• Monitor daily work lists and queues to process work within time constraints.
• Produce simple loan/trade documents upon request.
• Interact with institutions and dealers/customers to complete work requirements.
• Sort and prep incoming documents to be imaged.
