Qualifications

• Must lift 50 to 70 pounds consistently.
• Intermediate computer, math and data skills.
• Follow established procedures to complete moderately complex assignments.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication with customers.
• Maintain organizational skills and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipt of all documents and check for accuracy.
• Archive/storage, retrieval, and reconciliation of documents as received.
• Image documents into database and return electronic files.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Support one or two business lines in a single system or multiple portfolios.
• Prepare documents for review and modify contracts within established procedures.
• Monitor daily work lists and queues to process work within set time constraints.
• Produce simple loan/trade documents on request.
• Interact with legal institutions and dealers/customers to complete work requirements.
• Process information—code, categorize, calculate, and verify data.
• Administrative support—photocopying, sorting and distributing mail.
