Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Rep for a full-time, on-site role in Beckley, WV. You will assist customers, troubleshoot issues, and use consultative sales skills to recommend technology solutions.

The position requires a high school diploma, a 7-year background check, two weeks of paid training, and open availability for shifts 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST, including weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, sales, call center, or retail experience preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of related experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain product features, service options, and account information clearly.
• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check.
• Must be able to work assigned shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to accounts, activation, service plans, and technical access needs.
• Educate customers on satellite internet features, speed, reliability, service options, and plan benefits.
• Identify connectivity needs and recommend tailored service solutions to support sales conversions.
• Complete service order requests and document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Meet or exceed quality, customer resolution, and sales conversion metrics.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction.
