Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate for overnight and weekend coverage. You will support customers with laundry cards, machine use, and sales while upholding a clean, safe store environment.

This role reports to a General Manager and requires professional interaction with guests and team members. Starting pay is $16.50/hour with a potential $0.50/hour increase after 90 days based on performance, along with productivity bonuses and tips.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Willingness to work overnight.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection and operation.
• Accurately operate the cash register/ POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage additional purchases.
• Keep shelves stocked and report low inventory or janitorial supplies.
