Job summary

Laundry Capital is hiring for Customer Service Associates to join two open positions on Second and Third Shift, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM and 12:00 AM–8:00 AM (Overnight). You will be the face of the store, assisting customers with wash and fold orders, card use, and product information while maintaining a clean, safe environment and delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Able to stand up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Willing to work overnight.
• Able to lift 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Flexible schedule and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation, retail sales purchases, wash and fold orders and with any other questions or concerns that arise.
• Accurately utilize the cash register or point of sale system.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and suggest additional items.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and inform management when inventory or janitorial supplies run low.
• Use log books to report maintenance issues and inform supervisor of unsafe situations.
• Address customer concerns and document complaints or claims.
• Follow company policies, maintain attendance and present in a clean uniform.
• Follow safe practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Be prepared for emergencies such as fires, floods, severe weather.
• Maintain a safe environment inside and outside the store.
• Walk the floor to pick up debris, empty trash, and perform cleaning duties.
