Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate for PM/Closing shifts and weekends to be the friendly face of the store. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine use, and retail purchases, while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Starting at $16.00 per hour with a $0.50 increase after 90 days if performance targets are met, plus productivity bonuses and tips. Join a team delivering exceptional service and community-focused laundry solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate with all customers and associates in a professional manner.
• Ability to work a flexible (open) schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation.
• Accurately utilize the cash register or POS system.
• Know product uses and encourage add-on purchases.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and inform management when supplies run low.
• Report maintenance issues via log books and notify supervisor of safety concerns.
• Address customer complaints promptly and inform supervisor as needed.
• Follow company policies, including attendance and clean uniform standards.
