Laundry Capital is hiring a Customer Service Associate for PM/Closing shifts and weekends to deliver a clean, safe, and friendly store experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, upsell products, and maintain stock while following safety procedures.

The role requires the ability to stand long hours, work overnight hours, and communicate professionally with customers and team members. Productivity bonuses and tips supplement base pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and associates.
• Ability to work well with others and stay calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection, and purchases.
• Accurately operate the cash register or POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep retail items stocked and inform management when supplies are low.
• Use log books to report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Follow safety practices and address emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support overnight and weekend coverage as required.
