Job summary

Touchmark, LLC is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs or CMAs for overnight shifts at Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck, ND. The role includes a $1/hr shift premium for overnight work, year-round referral bonuses, and a supportive Lead Program and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma, a valid CMA license in North Dakota, CPR/First Aid readiness, and a genuine passion for geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Be a licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.

• Willingness to learn, improve skills, and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain patient, professional, and tactful composure with residents, families, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per procedures to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
• Provide daily care and compassionate presence to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.
