Job summary

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village in Idaho is seeking caregivers to join our team. Evening and Overnight shifts are available, with at least one weekend shift required and some holidays as scheduled.

We offer competitive pay starting at $17.50/hour, on-site meals, generous PTO (up to 69 hours in year 1, up to 120 hours at 13 months), same-day pay, and a supportive team focused on five-star hospitality and compassionate elder care.

Hiring Evening and Overnight Shifts

Evening (2:00 pm-10:00 pm) Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Overnight (10:00 pm-6:00 am) Tuesday-Saturday

You must be willing and able to work at least one weekend shift each week. You must be willing and able to work holidays as scheduled.

Part time shifts are also available.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• 18 years of age or older
