Job summary

Touchmark on South Hill in Spokane, WA is hiring Caregivers and Med Techs to join our team. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts with day and evening options.

Starting wages are $19.50/hr and up, with potential monthly attendance bonus based on experience and performance. As a Caregiver or Med Tech, you will assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and toileting, while maintaining a compassionate, safe, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete a state-certified NAC or HCA course.
• Current Washington State NAC or HCA license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Drug-free workplace.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor health needs and report changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Document care provided per policy.

As a Caregiver or Med Tech with Touchmark, you will assist residents with activities of daily living as needed - activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have completed a state certified NAC or HCA course
• Have a current Washington State NAC or HCA

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS Certified
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Touchmark is a drug free workplace.
• Ability to work occasional weekend and/or holiday shifts
• Working with older adults in a health care setting; geriatric mental health is a plus.
