Job summary

Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality care in our Memory Care and geriatric settings. You will collaborate with a team to design and implement individualized care plans while upholding residents' dignity.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and a genuine interest in elder care. A teamwork mindset, confidentiality, and alignment with Touchmark’s values are essential.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a current RN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
