Job summary

Touchmark, LLC in Helena, MT is hiring caring and compassionate caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will assist residents with daily activities, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a warm, safe, and welcoming environment.

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays; CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged, with opportunities to grow through education assistance and a comprehensive benefits package for staff working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric setting.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Provide emotional support to residents using dementia care approaches.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, toileting).
• Build relationships with residents and contribute to a warm community atmosphere.

Now Hiring Caregivers in our Assisted Living and Memory Care

$18.50 Evening shift 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

$19.50 Overnight 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

Short shift opportunities available for 6:00pm - 9:00pm

The ideal candidate will:

• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Have 1 year of caregiving experience, preferred but not required
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend's Approach to dementia care

Your responsibilities in this role include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed- activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting
