Job summary

Touchmark, LLC in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Caregiver - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time and part-time day, swing and NOC shifts. You will assist residents with daily living, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal support, while helping maintain safety and dignity across care tasks.

Ideal candidates are trustworthy and compassionate, hold a state-certified CNA or NAC (Washington) and a high school diploma or equivalent. Home Care Aide certificates are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State certified CNA or NAC with current Washington certification.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Answer call lights promptly to ensure resident safety.
• Escort residents to activities, dining, and appointments.
• Prepare dining area and assist in memory care dining settings.
• Take and document vital statistics.
• Assist with medication administration as directed by licensed staff.

Your responsibilities as a CNA may include daily duties such as:

• Reviewing and understanding the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift
• Assisting with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living
• Answering call lights as soon as possible to ensure safety of residents
• Escorting residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms
• In our memory care setting, CNA's may prepare the dining room, take orders, and serve meals
• Taking and documenting vital statistics
• Performing medication assistance as directed by a licensed staff
  

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have completed a state certified CNA or NAC course, with current certification in the state of Washington. Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable, as is current enrollment in a CNA training school
• Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don't already have one
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
