Job summary

The 24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC Overnight Sales & Service Associate role is part of the Club Operations team. You will greet members during check-in, answer questions, and guide them toward the right membership options with a friendly, consultative approach.

Working an overnight shift, you will help maintain a clean, safe gym and support onboarding of new members. You will promote services such as Personal Training and Add-On Memberships, while collaborating with the Sales & Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required; CPR/AED provided by 24 Hour Fitness.
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and check in guests, addressing needs promptly.
• Offer tours, discuss amenities, and answer membership questions.
• Promote in-club promotions and personal training add-ons.
• Report to Sales & Service Manager and collaborate with team.
• participate in commission plans based on performance.
